# Labrador Plans and Pricing for Accessibility Teams

> Compare Labrador's Free, Core, Plus, and Enterprise plans. Find the right plan for solo consultants, small teams, and enterprise organisations.

Labrador's pricing is designed to be simple and transparent. Every plan, including the Free plan, gives you access to the full WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 testing toolkit and all three conformance levels, so you can run a complete, professional-quality audit without paying anything upfront. Paid plans unlock more project capacity, Jira Cloud integration, and team collaboration features as your workload grows.

## Plan details

<Tabs>
  <Tab title="Free">
    **\$0 / month, no credit card required**

    The Free plan gives you everything you need to run a real accessibility audit on a single project. It's a great way to evaluate Labrador before committing to a paid plan.

    * **1 total project slot**, delete an existing project to free your slot for a new one. The built-in demo project doesn't count against your limit.
    * Full **WCAG 2.1 & 2.2** testing toolkit, all criteria, all conformance levels (A, AA, AAA)
    * Auto-generated audit reports: **HTML**, **VPAT/DOCX**, and **CSV**
    * **Live chat support** during business hours
    * **Secure data encryption & protection** for all audit data and attachments

    <Tip>
      On the Free plan you can still export a Jira-ready CSV and import it into Jira manually, you just won't have the live two-way sync that paid plans include.
    </Tip>

    The Core plan is built for individual consultants who run multiple audits each month and need a direct connection to their clients' Jira boards.

## Frequently asked questions

<Accordion title="What happens when I reach my project capacity?">
  When you hit your plan's project limit, you have two options: delete an existing project to free up a slot, or upgrade to a higher plan with more monthly project capacity. Deleting a project removes it permanently, so make sure you've exported any reports you need first. Upgrading is instant, you gain access to the additional capacity immediately. Either way, you won't lose any work or team access on your remaining projects.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?">
  Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your **Billing Settings**. Upgrades take effect immediately, giving you instant access to the additional projects and features included in your new plan. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep your existing plan's features until the period you've paid for runs out.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="How is Labrador different from automated accessibility tools?">
  Automated scanning tools are useful for a quick first pass, but they can only detect around **30% of real-world accessibility issues**. The rest, things like confusing reading order, inadequate keyboard focus management, misleading link text, and cognitive barriers, require a human tester to identify. Labrador's guided manual testing workflow helps you find and document that other 70% systematically, criterion by criterion, with built-in tips and evidence capture along the way. Labrador works best alongside automated tools, not instead of them.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="Do all plans include WCAG 2.1 and 2.2?">
  Yes. Every plan, including the Free plan, includes full support for both **WCAG 2.1 and 2.2** at all conformance levels: **Level A**, **Level AA**, and **Level AAA**. You choose your target standard and conformance level when you set up each project. All plans also support **VPAT® 2.5 (WCAG version)** reporting for projects created with the VPAT methodology.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="What team roles are available?">
  Team collaboration is available on the **Plus plan and above**. When you invite a team member to a project, you can assign one of three roles:

  * **View-only**, can browse the audit and read findings, but cannot make any changes. Ideal for clients or stakeholders who need visibility without edit access.
  * **Developer**, can update remediation status on issues and add comments, but cannot change test statuses or log new issues. Useful for developers tracking their fix progress.
  * **Editor**, full access to test criteria, log issues, upload media, and manage all audit content.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="What report types are available?">
  Labrador supports four export formats, available across all plans:

  * **Interactive HTML**, a polished, self-contained web report with an executive summary, full findings list, embedded screenshots and videos, clickable WCAG criterion links, and a "Show Failures Only" toggle so developers can focus on what needs fixing.
  * **VPAT® / DOCX**, a fully editable Word document following the VPAT 2.5 template. Available only for projects created with the VPAT methodology.
  * **CSV**, a detailed flat-file export of all logged issues, suitable for Excel, Google Sheets, or custom data workflows.
  * **Jira-ready CSV**, a CSV formatted for direct import into Jira as issues. Available on all plans, including Free.

  On paid plans, the Jira Cloud integration replaces the need for Jira CSV imports entirely by pushing issues to your board automatically.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="Is onboarding support available?">
  Yes. You can book a free **1-on-1 product demo** directly through the [Labrador homepage](https://www.testwithlabrador.com) or via the Calendly link. The demo covers the full audit workflow and gives you a chance to ask questions before committing to a paid plan.

  Live chat support is available through the chat bubble on the Labrador website **Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm GMT and EDT**. Enterprise customers receive a dedicated support representative and a personalised onboarding and training programme.
