Signing In
Labrador offers two ways to sign in:- Email and password, enter the email address and password you registered with.
- Google sign-in, authenticate using your Google account. Google handles the full sign-in flow, including any two-step verification configured on your Google account.
Changing Your Password
1
Go to Account Settings
Select the account icon in the top-right corner and choose Manage Account.
2
Enter your current password
Under the Password section, type your current password into the first field.
3
Enter your new password
Type your new password into the second field. Choose something unique that you don’t use elsewhere.
4
Save the change
Click Save to update your password.
Changing your password automatically signs out all other devices where you are currently signed in. This is an intentional security measure, if you suspect your password has been compromised, changing it immediately revokes access everywhere else.
Managing Active Sessions
Labrador tracks every device and browser where you are currently signed in, so you always know where your account is active. Under Signed-in devices in your account settings, you can see all current sessions. To end every session except the one you are using right now, click Sign out other devices. Those sessions are terminated immediately, anyone using your account on another device is signed out and must enter their credentials again. This is especially useful if you signed in on a shared or public computer, or if you have misplaced a device that was logged in to Labrador.Billing and Subscription
Manage your plan directly from the billing section of your account settings.Upgrade your plan
Upgrades take effect immediately. Your new project capacity and features are available the moment you confirm the change.
Downgrade your plan
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep full access until the period you have already paid for expires.
Payment security
Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 provider. Your card number is submitted directly to Stripe and never reaches Labrador’s servers.
