How to Export

Open your project
Navigate to the Projects dashboard and click the project you want to export results from.

Click the Export dropdown
In the project toolbar at the top of the project view, click the Export dropdown button.

Select your format
Choose your desired format from the dropdown menu:
- HTML, a self-contained, interactive web report
- CSV Export, a flat spreadsheet of all logged issues
- Jira CSV Export, issue data formatted for Jira’s CSV import tool
- PDF/Word (VPAT), a fully editable VPAT 2.5 DOCX file (only shown for VPAT projects)

Download the file
The export is generated and downloaded to your device immediately. No waiting, no email link, the file is ready as soon as you click.
Export Format Comparison
Interactive HTML Report
A polished, self-contained HTML file your clients can open in any browser. Includes an executive summary, embedded screenshots and videos, clickable WCAG links, and interactive navigation between pages and components.
VPAT / DOCX
A fully editable VPAT® 2.5 WCAG 2.2 conformance report exported as a DOCX file. Required for formal procurement submissions and government or enterprise vendor assessments.
CSV & Jira CSV
Export all logged issues as a standard CSV for Excel or Google Sheets, or as a Jira-formatted CSV ready for direct import into a Jira project, no integration setup required.
Live Jira Integration
Connect your Labrador project directly to Jira Cloud for automatic issue creation and two-way status and priority sync throughout your remediation cycle.
VPAT / DOCX export is only available for projects created with the VPAT® 2.5 – WCAG 2.2 methodology. Standard WCAG 2.2 AA projects support HTML and CSV exports only. The project methodology is set at creation and cannot be changed afterwards.
